From the renowned estate of Jean Foillard in Beaujolais’ legendary Côte du Py vineyard, this 2023 comes from granite and schist soils and old vines. Foillard employs natural, minimal-intervention techniques — whole-cluster harvests, native yeasts and unfined, unfiltered wine — delivering the purity and depth he’s long been celebrated for.
