A dry, expressive Pinot Gris with ripe quince, pear drop, musk and stone fruit on the nose. The palate balances richness and freshness, with 40% barrel fermentation adding almond-meal and biscuit notes while stainless steel preserves bright aromatics and lift.

Sourced from Maude’s Central Otago sites across Gibbston, Bendigo, Lowburn and Wanaka, the 2025 vintage reflects a challenging but rewarding season—low yields from early frost followed by ideal ripening conditions that delivered small, flavour-packed berries with vibrant acidity and purity.
