Produced in the Gavi di Gavi DOCG by the family-run Picollo Ernesto estate, the vineyards sit on clay-marl soils in the Rovereto di Gavi sub-zone and are farmed organically. The estate focuses on showcasing the Cortese grape’s natural elegance, with gentle vinification and stainless steel ageing for purity and freshness.
