Rooted in the volcanic slopes of Roncà’s Monte Calvarina, this Soave is crafted by the family-run estate of Tenuta Corte Giacobbe. Here, vineyards lie on limestone and basalt-tuff soils, giving vibrant freshness and depth. Fermented in stainless steel with lees stirring for texture and bottled to preserve purity, this 2022 vintage reflects the region’s sun-kissed yields and cool nights.
