Made biodynamically by Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe-Eselböck in Burgenland, Austria, Winifred is a natural red blend fermented with native yeasts and minimal intervention, capturing both energy and elegance in equal measure. Blaufränkisch brings the structure, spice and freshness, while Zweigelt adds juicy red fruit and approachability.
