A bright, fruit-driven Pinot Gris full of pear, apple, quince and soft white pepper. The palate is smooth and gently rounded with apricot, rockmelon and poached pear, lifted by juicy acidity and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Stone Paddock is part of Paritua, a premium Hawke’s Bay estate based in the Bridge Pa Triangle. The wines are grown on ancient riverbed soils from a single, organically farmed vineyard, named after the Paritua Stream that runs through the property. With a focus on sustainable practices, hand-tending and small-lot winemaking.
