A lush, aromatic Pinot Gris with ripe pear, apricot, rose petal and gentle baking-spice notes. The palate is velvety and generous, filled with pear, apricot and cinnamon, inspired by grapes so perfectly ripe the bees were swarming the harvest bins.

Unison was among the first to take a chance on the Gimblett Gravels back in 1993, well before the region became renowned. Under the stewardship of Philip and Terry Horn, the vineyard continues to honour its roots, crafting wines shaped by the area’s distinctive gravel soils.
