A crisp, ultra-pure South African Chenin made from old-vine bush vines planted in 1961. Produced in Swartland by Craig Hawkins, this is organic, minimal-intervention winemaking at its best. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed, fermented naturally, and aged in a mix of stainless steel and foudre, then bottled unfiltered for maximum freshness and authenticity.
