Deep Down is the project of Peter Lorimer and Clive Dougall, longtime friends and respected Marlborough winegrowers who champion organics and minimal intervention. Their 2024 Chardonnay is wild-fermented and matured in older oak that brings gentle savoury spice and texture while keeping the fruit pure and vibrant.
