From the historic estate of Domaine Rolet in the Arbois appellation of the Jura region, this 2023 vintage is grown on limestone-clay soils and vinified in a Burgundian style rather than the region’s more oxidative approach. The vineyard team has recently embraced sustainable practices, and this wine showcases firm acidity, refined texture and excellent balance.
