Crafted by the historic cooperative Domaine La Chablisienne, founded in 1923 and formed by some 250 wine-growing families of the Chablis region. Their Bourgogne Aligoté comes from limestone-rich soils in northern Burgundy, vinified simply in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness.
