A lively pét-nat rosé with bright red berry notes, grapefruit peel and a subtle spice-herbal undertone, wrapped in fine natural bubbles and a crisp finish.

Hand-crafted by the organic & biodynamic estate Domaine Mosse in the Loire Valley, this 2024 vintage is a blend of approximately 70 % Grolleau Noir, 20 % Cabernet Franc and 10 % Pineau d’Aunis. The Cabernet Franc is macerated for five days, the others are directly pressed, minimal sulphur, capturing the Mosse ethos of transparency, place and joyous drinkability.
