    From the organic biodynamic estate of Domaine Mosse in France’s Loire Valley, Bisou 2024 is a field blend that includes Grolleau Noir, Grolleau Gris, Cabernet Franc, Côt and Chenin Blanc. Each variety is vinified separately with a short maceration and aged in barrel and foudre, bottled without filtration and with minimal intervention. The result is pure Mosse - transparent, site-driven and full of flavour. 

    Juicy, natural, expressive and beautifully easy.
