Domaine du Pélican's bubbly cuvée, made entirely from Savagnin. No sugar, no added yeasts, just the ripe fruit, which gives the wine its vinous character, and the classic qualities of the Savagnin grape bring vivacity, tension, and vibration. The aromatics are bright and clean. The mouth is long and delicate. Domaine du Pélican wanted to add a bubbly to its range of Jura wines.
