A Pinot Grigio with white peach, green pear, citrus peel and a touch of quartz-like minerality on the nose. The palate is fresh and crunchy with peach blossom, green pear and a lingering saline edge that adds real spark and texture.

Made from the single vineyard Terre di Valfredda in Ala, Trentino, this is the sole wine produced by Ca’ Montini. Hand-picked fruit, pergola-trained vines, whole bunch pressing and indigenous yeast stainless steel ferments all preserve purity, precision and the cool valley character of the site.
