A shimmering Blanc de Blancs with green apple, lemon zest and a fine brioche note, underpinned by chalky minerality and poised acidity.

Crafted by Clare and Mike Allan at Huia in Marlborough, this 2019 vintage is grown on the estate’s limestone slopes and fermented via the traditional method. Hand-harvested Chardonnay spent extended time on lees, giving texture, elegance and a wine ready to celebrate or cellar further.
