A gently oaked Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay with ripe stone-fruit, honeydew melon and soft vanilla notes, balanced by zesty citrus and a clean mineral finish. 

From the Stone Paddock range of Paritua in the Bridge Pa Triangle, this 2024 Chardonnay is part of their estate collection crafted for drinkability and regional character. Hand-harvested and grown on gravelly riverbeds, the juice is fermented in stainless steel with half matured in seasoned oak puncheons, adding texture and subtle breadth without overpowering the fruit.
