A juicy Hawke’s Bay Sauvignon Blanc with passionfruit, lychee, white-fleshed nectarine and a crisp lime-zest finish. Fresh, bright and utterly drinkable.

From the Stone Paddock range of Paritua Vineyards in the Bridge Pa Triangle, this 2024 vintage is grown on deep red gravel soils and hand-harvested to retain vibrant varietal character. Machine-harvested parcels were fermented in stainless steel and left on lees for three months to build texture while preserving freshness.
