An aromatic, gently textural amphora-fermented white bursting with citrus oil, white peach, quince and a savoury herbal lift, finishing bright with a subtle tannic grip.

Made from organically grown, biodynamic fruit (a field blend typically led by Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with small proportions of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer), the wine ferments and ages on skins in clay amphora, building earthy complexity and a beautifully wild, unfiltered character.

Vibrant, hazy, aromatic and deliciously unconventional.
