From the Veneto region of Italy, Ca’ Montini crafts this Prosecco DOC Extra Dry using Glera grapes grown in cooler hillside sites. The Extra Dry style gives it a touch more sweetness than a traditional Brut, making it ideal for aperitifs, light Mediterranean fare or celebrations.
