From Southern Light Vineyards - based in the Mornington Peninsula, Australia - the Ghostgum Chardonnay 2023 is crafted with precision and balance. Estate-grown fruit from cooler, maritime-affected sites was handled with care: whole-bunch pressed, wild-yeast fermented and matured in fine oak to add texture without overt oak flavour. The result is fresh and expressive now, with a structure that promises evolution in bottle.
