This sparkling wine hails from the historic Limoux region in Southern France - regarded by many as the birthplace of méthode traditionnelle before Champagne. Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Mauzac and Chenin Blanc, it spends 18–24 months on lees to build depth and texture while keeping palate crispness and elegance.
