A pale, crisp rosé with fresh raspberry, grenadine and floral notes, wrapped in a bright, clean finish.

This blend of Grenache and Cinsault from the Pays d’Oc region is vinified like a white wine — low-temperature fermentation and halted before malolactic keeps the fruit pure and vibrant. The vineyards span sun-warmed slopes in the Hérault Valley and sandy soils around Thau Lagoon, offering both richness and freshness.
