Made by viticulturist-winemaker and all round nice guy Donald van der Westhuizen at Moko Hills in Bendigo, Central Otago, this vintage reflects his minimalist, high-altitude approach: hand-harvested fruit, wild-yeast fermentation and the vineyard's quartz-rich soils. The result is a Chardonnay of clarity, cool-climate tension and refined texture that stays fresh and aligned.
