The Wine

A fresh and precise Chardonnay with aromas of lemon, green apple and white peach layered with floral and flinty notes. The palate is bright and mineral-driven with citrus fruit, saline acidity and a clean, focused finish. 

The vineyard
From vineyards in Chablis, the northernmost part of Burgundy, where limestone-rich soils and a cool climate produce wines defined by freshness and minerality. Winemaking is kept clean and restrained, often in stainless steel, to preserve purity of fruit.

Proper Chablis at a great price — clean, mineral and incredibly versatile. Perfect with oysters, seafood or as a sharp aperitif.
